About Fred 
With the goals of reducing state spending and reforming state government, Rep. Fred Keller was first elected to serve the 85th Legislative District in 2010.

Faith, family, hard work and community service are ideals ingrained in Fred at an early age by his mother and father, his father honorably defended America during the Korean War. These are the values that have guided his life and guide his work as a State Representative.

Fred is committed to growing the state’s economy and creating jobs for the many talented young people currently forced to leave the region to find employment. He will fight to pass on-time, fiscally responsible state budgets and to support the state’s top industry, agriculture. He is also committed to preserving Second Amendment rights and family values.

Fred has worked 25 years at Conestoga Wood Specialties Corp., where he most recently served as plant manager of the 235,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. He is also active in the community, having served on the Parents Advisory Council at Midd-West High School in Middleburg, and as Middlecreek Township auditor. He is a member and Deacon of the First Reformed Church of Sunbury and has coached youth soccer, softball and Little League baseball, and served as den leader of Kreamer Cub Scout Pack 3400. He is currently a member of the Greater Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce, Middlecreek Area Chamber of Commerce, Central Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce, and is a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.

Fred resides in Kreamer with his wife, Kay. They married in 1985 and have been blessed with two children, Jamie and Freddie, and one grandchild, Karsen.
